Iizra is a ‘devil ray’ i.e. he’s half manta ray and half shark, and he’s here to take your virginity take your money haha
Yes he is in fact bioluminescent, and can glide in the air and underwater (though the latter is faster). He also possesses a mouth full of sharp teeth. Best of both worlds, you’d say, but unfortunately his tail is not poisonous or even sharp. Just don’t let him give you hickies ;P
